ADAPTERS/ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS/ELECTRICITY
All sockets are equipped with 230 V/50 Hz. Power and telephone adapters are available to borrow
free of charge from reception.
ADDITIONAL GRAB RAILS FOR THE BATHROOM
Please contact the hotel staff if you would like additional grab rails in your bathroom. We will install them for you.
AFTERNOON
We ask you to keep the volume in the public areas, on the terraces, balconies and in the park to a
reasonable level from 10 p.m. so that other guests can prepare for the coming day and sleep
undisturbed.
AIR CONDITIONER - FANCOIL
A 4-pipe water-based system is installed in your hotel room. It is both cooled and heated with an extremely quiet unit. No “foreign” air gets into your room; heating and cooling works via heat exchangers.
ALLERGICS
All our beds are allergy-friendly. 50% of the pillows are filled with down, the smaller 40 cm x 80 cm
pillows are filled with synthetic fiber. The mattresses have a special mattress protector that
prevents mites.
ART IN THE HOTEL
All the paintings on display in the hotel are high-quality facsimiles by the artist Friedrich Litta. He developed an incredible attention to detail in his abstract art. Mr. Litta was the grandfather of the manager Antje Höferer, née Litta.

BAGGAGE/BAGGAGE SERVICE
Service is very important to us. We not only take your luggage to your room when you check in, but also take it out of your room when you check out. If you need help with your luggage, please contact reception. We will of course store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

BATHROBE AND SLIPPERS
We will be happy to bring you a bathrobe and slippers to your room if you wish. The bathrobe must be returned on departure. If you take the bathrobe with you, we will charge you €50; the slippers are a gift from the hotel, which you are welcome to take home with you as a souvenir. Please contact our housekeeping or reception team.
BBQ STATION
We provide you with a barbecue in our barbecue station. Fuel: (charcoal, gas) can be purchased from reception for a fee of €7.
BEDS
You sleep in beds that are only standard equipment in 5-star hotels. We are convinced that only the best is good enough for you and your night’s sleep.
BONUS CARD
On your arrival you will receive a bonus card from us. You are entitled to one sticker for every night you spend with us. When the bonus card is full, you can choose to enjoy either a stay in our Swedish log cabin sauna, the infrared sauna cabin or a bath in our Finnish, beautifully warm wood-heated hot tube in the open air as a free bonus. Alternatively, you can redeem your bonus card for a crate of beer. If you have not received a bonus card on arrival, please contact our reception
team.
BREAKFAST
Enjoy our breakfast buffet in the restaurant daily from 6.30 am to 10.00 am, and at weekends from 7.00 am to 11.00 am. Our breakfast service is ready for your wishes and will be happy to serve you. We only offer regional and sustainable products. Not only the honey and jam is homemade by us, but also your breakfast eggs come directly from our own hens.

You are welcome to choose something from our breakfast menu, which we will then serve to your

BUS/TRAIN
Line 5 takes you to the city center. The bus runs approximately every 20 minutes. The bus stop for both boarding and alighting on the return journey is “Tegernheim Martin-Luther-Kirche”. You can obtain the current timetables, including train connections, from our reception. A single ticket costs €3.00 for adults and €1.40 for children. If you would prefer a day ticket to the city center, this costs €5.00 for up to 5 people (valid from 9:00 am).

CHANGE OF LAUNDRY
Please contact reception if you would like your bed linen changed daily. We automatically change towels every day if they are on the floor.
CHECK-IN
Arrival and occupation of your room is possible from 14:00. Should you wish to arrive earlier, please ask in advance for an early check-in for a fee of €20.00. We are happy to store your luggage before 14:00.
CHECK-IN MACHINE
You can check in with us around the clock using our ARIANE system on the right-hand side of the entrance door in the vestibule. Without hotel staff, with electronic payment, filling out the registration form and issuing the room card, you will be checked in within approx. 8 minutes.
CHECK-OUT
We ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. We will be happy to store your luggage for you at reception. If you wish to check out after 10.00 a.m., please contact reception. There is also a €20 charge for late check-out.
CHILDREN
Children up to the age of three sleep (in their parents’ bed) and have breakfast with us free of charge. For the extra bed we charge 8,00€.
COFFEE and TEA
A high-quality catering coffee machine is available around the clock in the self-service area with coffee beans from AZUL and tea from the accompanying brand KEO. We ask you to pay €2 per cup of coffee or tea into the trust fund next to the coffee machine.
CONFERENCE ROOMS
Our hotel cooperates with the Armin Wolf Arena of the Regensburg Legionnaires. Here you will find the most beautiful conference rooms in Regensburg. With Californian cuisine and a view of the most impressive baseball arena in Germany, it is not difficult to hold a successful meeting here.

We have commissioned our own cosmetics range in France. The formulas are sustainable, of high
quality and of course well tolerated. You are welcome to take the cosmetics laid out for you in your room for further use.

DESIGN HOTEL; SCANDIC DESIGN
A clear design signature runs through the entire hotel: We have chosen the Scandic Design theme because it has a clear, harmonious and noble appearance due to the color combination and the design language. We concentrate on the essentials; ambience, cleanliness of feeling, fine materials, warmth and cordiality. Incidentally, the roots of Scandic design can largely be traced back to the Bauhaus style.

We offer small dishes such as chili con carne (€5.90) or Scandic hot dogs (€3.90). If you prefer to
have your food delivered, we will be happy to forward your order to a delivery service.

We are happy to iron your laundry for a fee, which will be returned within an hour. Please contact our housekeeping team.

You are welcome to use the microwave and hotplate with your own induction cookware free of charge. The kitchen can be used for a fee of €10.00 per day. The equipment is sufficient for the preparation of small meals. An inventory list can be found in the cupboard. For stays of one week or more, we will be happy to unlock the kitchen for you free of charge.

NATURAL STONE
Here in the Tegernheim gorge, directly in front of our hotel, there is a unique geological constellation where the Bohemian Forest granite (a very old rock) meets the Franconian Jura. We have embraced this jumelage. The floor coverings in the public area are made of Sollnhofer marble and the counters in the breakfast area are made of leathered Flossenbürger granite. Two poles – one strong source of energy.

Regensburg’s old town is only 6 km away from our hotel. You can reach Regensburg within 10 minutes by car or cab. If you prefer to travel by bus, the bus stop is only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel (bus stop: Tegernheim- Martin-Luther-Kirche).

PARKING LOTS
Our own parking spaces are available free of charge. The first parking space directly in front of the house is a disabled parking space. Those in need have priority. If you are arriving by truck, our reception will tell you where you can park. Please do not park in the turning area.

Please pay your hotel bill at reception when you check in. In addition to cash, we also accept Master Card/ Eurocard, Diners, Visa Card, JCB, American Express and EC card.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed.

In the shopping center around the corner, you will find the Sebastian pharmacy. We will be happy to bring your medication directly to the hotel.

QUALITY OF THE ROOMS
Your room has a solid ash wood floor. Ash is the typical tree of our homeland, the Danube wetlands. Solid wood lives with you, as it regulates the humidity in the room. This symbolizes our “rootedness” with our homeland of Old Bavaria and the Danube.
In addition, all bedrooms are fitted with a real clay plaster wall. This is a very healthy building material that is thousands of years old and helps to ensure that the air in your hotel room is constant, healthy and saturated with an appropriate level of humidity. Pollutants are also filtered out of the room air.
The furniture is made from solid maple. Maple is cosmopolitan and grows all over the world. This symbolizes our cosmopolitanism and hospitality.

ROOM KEY
You will receive a card at check-in which you can use to unlock your room. If you lose one of these, we will charge you €15. Of course, you will then receive a new card for your room. The room card also opens the hotel entrance (main entrance).

SAUNA - ORIGINAL SWEDISH LOG CABIN SAUNA
Since the end of November 2020, we have had a high-quality Swedish sauna in the hotel garden.
You can feel good in it with a wide variety of infusions. The warm-up phase lasts approx. 60 minutes. Please let us know your reservation requirements in good time. The price per session is €19 plus €5 per person. Textiles are compulsory.

SUGGESTIONS / IMPROVEMENTS
We take your suggestions and ideas for improvement very seriously. We systematically evaluate your questionnaires, which are available in the rooms, because we all know that “nobody is perfect”. However, we strive for perfection every day, and you are welcome to help us.
SUSTAINABILITY
The hotel was built in 2019 using natural and almost exclusively recyclable building materials.
With the photovoltaic systems on the SB Car Wash roof, on the wooden hall and with the hotel’s combined heat and power plant, we produce twice as much electricity as the hotel consumes.
We sustainably manage around 20 hectares of forest. This enables us to bind 2,820 tons of carbon (CO2) every year. For comparison: a passenger on the route from Düsseldorf to New York produces an average of 3.65 tons of CO2.

Reception will be happy to order a cab for you. Experience has shown that it is advisable to order a cab about 30 minutes in advance.

Our reception team will be happy to advise you and help you order and reserve various tickets (e.g. Fürstlicher Weihnachtsmarkt, Buchbinder Legionäre Regensburg, Jahn Regensburg, Eisbären Regensburg, theater, musical, variety, opera, etc.).
TURNDOWN SERVICE
As the German term, Wohlfühlservice, the room is prepared for the guest for the night. This includes making up the bed, light cleaning, fresh towels and the placement of a small greeting from the hotel. The turndown service can be booked as an additional service for a fee of €33.00.

VALET PARKING SERVICE
You hand over your vehicle and keys to us. We will give your vehicle a manual exterior car wash at the hotel’s own car wash. We need approx. 90 minutes for this service. We will then park your vehicle in the hotel parking lot and leave your car key at reception. This service is charged at €33.00.

In the basement there is a self-service washing machine and a self-service tumble dryer for your own use. 0.50 Euro coins must be used. For an average load of laundry you will need 4 x 0.50€, i.e. 2€. The same applies to the dryer. Washing pods (detergent) are available for a fee at reception.
